Different job. Different tool.
Squeegify turns a website visitor into an instant, priced, ready-to-book lead, using your own per-window rates, before they ring the next cleaner on the list.
George is a long-established desktop assistant for smaller window-cleaning businesses: scheduling jobs, tracking debts, recording expenses and keeping financial histories.
Different job. Different tool.
Squeegify sits in front of the tools you already use. It doesn't replace them.
The honest breakdown
Two tools, two jobs. We only compare what can be substantiated, and we mark where George simply takes a different approach rather than pretending it can't do something.
What happens before a visitor becomes a job: Squeegify's focus.
Prices are set by you per customer, not quoted to the website visitor
The operations layer, where a dedicated tool usually earns its keep.
Tracks debts and job finances on your PC
Not a built-in card or Direct Debit collection service
Traditionally run on a single computer
We describe George only by what it is publicly designed to do: scheduling window-cleaning jobs, tracking debts and keeping a smaller round's finances. Features change; check their site for the current picture. Squeegify works alongside other tools and does not claim a direct integration.
A visitor lands on your site and wants a price.
Squeegify prices the job from your rules and captures the lead in under a minute.
You review it, confirm it and mark it won.
The job goes into your schedule in George, where it belongs.
Works alongside, not a direct integration. There is no automatic data sync between Squeegify and George; you move won work into your own system.
An honest recommendation
Squeegify wins through focus, not by pretending to do everything. Here's the straight version.
Squeegify wins and qualifies the customer on your website; George keeps scheduling the round and tracking the finances once the job is won.
Remove the waiting
The quote request arrives at 8:47pm. One of these paths keeps the customer. The other asks them to wait and hope you reply before the next cleaner does.
Fewer steps, no callback window. The price shown in the Squeegify demo is an illustrative example. Your visitors see a figure computed from your own rules.
Pricing in context
If you already have scheduling, invoicing and route management handled, you may not need to replace it just to improve website quoting. Add the missing layer instead.
