How the AI window count works, and where it stops

The count is produced from publicly available imagery of the address (map, satellite and street-level views). The AI identifies visible windows across the elevations it can see and reports a count with a confidence level. The homeowner always confirms before anything is sent.

• Uses the façades visible in public imagery; hidden sides are estimated, never invented
• Low-confidence or out-of-area properties are flagged for manual review, not priced blind
• The customer confirms the window count and details before submitting
• It's an estimate to start the conversation, not a guaranteed measurement

Reliability

The platform is monitored with automated health checks, and a background scanner surfaces errors so they're caught quickly. If something ever goes wrong with your account, a real person responds: email robin@squeegify.co.uk.
